Here's just a small sampling of the projects we have worked on!

NA Miata center console prototype

designed to delete the center console to create more space while creating a stock look and feel. This center console works with the stock “gravestone” with all car models from 1990 through 1997. This prototype was used as a master to create molds for urethane castings and will be mass produced by the beginning of 2020.

Beach Resort Handrail Base covers

A beach resort on Tybee Island was looking to replace damaged base covers on their handrails but found the product they needed was discontinued. We were contacted and asked to reverse engineer and manufacture 300+ units to replace the previously damaged covers. By having these custom made they were able to maintain a consistent look across the resort without having to change all of the covers on the property.

Bulldozer tooth Vise adapter

A small machine shop was given the task of machining a large quantity of bulldozer teeth but was unable to easily clamp teeth in the machine vice. We were contacted to create a quick and easy solution to this. By reverse engineering the bulldozer tooth profile we were able to make a spring loaded adapter for easy loading and removal.
